This course given by Prof. Thomas Zellweger deals with family businesses in all their facets. It is aimed not only at students whose families run a business, but also at students who are generally interested in the topic of family businesses.
The central topics of the course are fundamentals, succession, strategy, governance, financing and intergenerational success. Selected guest lectures by renowned family firms round off the course and strengthen the practical relevance. Together with the international composition of the students, this results in an exciting and intensive course.
