27 February 2014. In the public lecture series "Creability – solving problems creatively", the audience will be able to apply what they have just learnt since Prof. Dr. Martin Eppler, Professor of Media and Communication Management, will run the course in an interactive manner. On the basis of the latest findings in creativity research, the audience will learn simple principles and techniques for creative problem-solving – in everyday life and at work. Impressive success stories will provide them with an idea of how good ideas can be brought about systematically.

Martin Eppler will also be referring to creative inventors, researchers and discoverers. Thus the audience will find out what Albert Einstein, Thomas Edison and Leonardo Da Vinci have in common and how they themselves can apply these men's qualities. Martin Eppler will conduct small experiments to demonstrate how creative blockages can be eliminated and how skilful communication can be used to prompt (or seduce) others to have better ideas.

The lectures will take place at the University of St.Gallen in Room HSG 01-207 on Thursdays from 6.15 p.m. Dates: 6, 13, 20 and 27 March 2014.
