Besides numerous short stories, Sabina Altermatt has published three novels: Verrat in Zürich West, Nervengift and Alpenrauschen. Her second thriller, Nervengift, was serialized on the website of the Tagesanzeiger daily newspaper.

She also devised and ran an Internet blog for the TA online, for which seven authors wrote contributions in the run-up to the World Book Day on 23 April 2008.
