Status 17 February 2022.

As the University of St.Gallen, we strive to guarantee the best possible teaching and work operations within the framework of official requirements.

The Federal Council has come to the long-awaited conclusion to repeal most Covid-19 measures starting of 17 February 2022. The certificate requirement as well as the mask requirement for campus offices and buildings has been lifted. We recommend that you continue to wear the mask in the classrooms. This recommendation is valid until March 31, 2022.

Please also note that at the University of St.Gallen, only persons who do not show any symptoms of illness will continue to be allowed to enter the premises. And please continue to consistently adhere to the hygiene rules that also apply during flu season, such as extensive hand hygiene. We are count-ing on you to act on your own responsibility.

The testing center on campus will remain in operation for the time being.

We hope that the epidemiological situation will continue to develop favorably. At the same time, the Federal Council reserves the right to adopt new protective measures at a later date, if necessary, which could also have an impact on operations at the HSG.

We look forward to a lively, largely unrestricted campus life in the spring semester of 2022 in stud-ies, research, continuing education and university services!
