13 May 2009. Thomas Geiser, HSG Professor and Director of the Research Institute for Labor Economics and Labor Law at the University of St.Gallen (FAA-HSG), will explain to the children what rights they have and how they can exercise them. Children, too, have needs and requirements.

The extent to which these needs and requirements are to be fulfilled is determined by parents, schools and on occasion also by government authorities. Can children defend themselves if they feel that they are being treated unfairly at school? What rights are they entitled to when their parents get divorced?

On 3 June, Ruth Belz, Attorney-at-Law and Clerk of the Family Law Chamber of the St.Gallen Cantonal Court, will be present to answer children’s questions.
