26 October 2022. The allegations made in the NZZ am Sonntag on 25 September 2022 concerning a professor and an institute at the University of St.Gallen are being comprehensively reviewed. The President was commissioned by the Board of Governors to initiate a corresponding investigation procedure. For this purpose, a review group with external participation was appointed, consisting of the following members:

• Dr. iur. Niklaus Oberholzer, former Federal Judge (Chair)
• Dr. iur. Vivane Sobotich, Ombudswoman of the City of Rapperswil-Jona and Judge at the Administrative Court of Canton Zurich
• Prof. Dr. Reto Foellmi, Dean of SEPS and Director at SIAW-HSG 
• Hildegard Kölliker, lic. iur., General Counsel
• Dr. iur. Stephanie Bernet, General Secretariat (Secretariat)

The members of the review group have started their work. At this point in time, it is still unclear when the process will be completed.
