13 September 2010. Cranes, diggers and deep holes: ever since the beginning of the renovation and extension work in 2006, the HSG Campus has been one great building site. From 20 September 2010, however, students will be able to use the new Migros Restaurant, the renovated Main and Auxiliary Buildings, as well as the Aula.

Two days of student celebrations
A majority of today’s students will in fact be entering these buildings for the first time ever. In order to celebrate this fittingly, the HSG and the Student Union have worked hard in the past few months to organise a two-day celebration for HSG members.

Official inauguration not before 2011
Neighbours and the general public are cordially invited to join the guided tours of the buildings and the art works they contain, as well as the live concert on the first evening of the celebrations. However, the official inauguration with an open day will only take place once all the construction work has been concluded – after the provisional teaching facilities have been dismantled, the Sports Hall has been completed and the old restaurant has been converted into a Student Services Centre – in autumn 2011.
