We expect 180-200 academics from across the world to attend IFERA 2013. Two very well-known keynote speakers will share their experiences with the audience: Prof. Ruth Aguilera (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) and Prof. Robert Hoskisson (Rice University).
The four-day conference nicludes a doctoral consortium, a faculty consortium, the main conference (2 days), and a family business day.
Given the enduring centrality of ownership and governance related topics in scholarly discussions on family firms as well as their important implications for theory and practice, the IFERA 2013 overall theme is dedicated to “Ownership, Governance, and Value in Family Firms”. This topic also reflects the increasing interest of governance scholars in family businesses.
Three types of papers can be submitted to the conference:
- Full Papers (FP)
- Work in Progress Papers (WIP)
- Research Disseminations (RD)
For further information about the conference, submissions, and procedures please refer to the official IFERA 2013 website (see right-hand side of this webpage).
